WINTER CSA~ Community Supported Agriculture
The CSA supports our core belief that community is integral to the life of our farm.
Our Winter CSA offers you an opportunity to be part of our farm family and eat local vegetables for most of the winter. You receive clean food, grown without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or genetically modified seeds. CSA shares offer farm fresh food for 14 weeks, with boxes being distributed every other week. The Winter CSA, starts in January and ends in March and gives you 7 big boxes of vegetables. Box quantities are meant to feed 2-4 people for 2 weeks.
Winter weather limits the kind of vegetable diversity we can grow. We rely on winter staples like potatoes, winter squash, leeks, and carrots, but we also love and crave fresh greens like tender salad, spinach, kale , and chard. We strive to include lots of greens in every box. We like to eat a diversity of seasonal vegetables in the winter, and we want to share that same diversity with you.
Every other week, we will meet you at our pick-up site in south-town Corvallis. We will talk about the food, share recipes, and chat about life. We will have options for vegetable swapping should you desire different food. We want you to go home with food you are happy to eat.

"I LOVE the personable, friendly nature of the CSA farmers, how they immediately got to know all of us, called us by name every week, and engaged us in conversation nearly every time we came. I felt extremely welcome and definitely part of the family."
