We grow a very special apple called
the Airlie Red.
It tastes like strawberry lemonade and has bright magenta colored flesh.
It's great for fresh eating, cider, and baking
(it holds its red color when cooked!)
It's wildly unique appearance, it's delicious flavors, and it's limited availability make the Airlie Red a shooting star in the apple world.
This is the last weekend the Airlie Red will be available at farmers market. Come stock up for your holiday platters & baked goods.
