Lacinato Kale

The grandmother of the of whole cabbage family, kale is one of the most popular leafy greens.  Lacinato is our farm favorite.   Dark green, narrow leaves are sweet and mild. Kale grows year round here and it's taste changes with the seasons, but it's always good.  Kale is an exceptional source of calcium, iron, and vitamins A and C.  Not today Covid!
