CSA Registration Form
STARTS- the 1st week in June - ENDS - the 3rd week in November
If you sign up after June 3rd, your total cost will be pro-rated accordingly.
$29.00 per week
If you choose a payment plan, please send all postdated checks
with dates and amounts.
The Home Delivery fee can be added to any payment plan. Please note that if you sign up after 6/2
your CSA and home delivery costs will be pro-rated and invoiced according.
Double Up Food Bucks payments due each week at the Saturday Farmers' Market pick-up location ONLY.
Send a postdated check when paying registration invoice. Payment #1 due upon registration invoicing. Payment #2 deposited 2 months from Payment #1.
If you need a different payment plan, please contact to find a suitable solution. We are willing to work with our members to make CSA shares affordable.
This fee amounts to $10 per share to cover additional packing and travel costs

You will receive an email confirming we received your CSA submission. We will then send you an invoice and hold a membership spot for you until we receive your check in the mail. Once payment is received, you will get an email confirming your membership for our 2022 Summer/Fall CSA.
