Before registering for our CSA, please read all of our policies thoroughly.

Refund Policy
If you receive produce that is low quality, please inform us as soon as possible and we will either replace the product, or credit your membership account for the value of the item(s).
CSA Membership Accounts
When you register and become CSA member, an account will be created for you. The general intention is to use up your farm credit within the calendar year it was purchases, but if you do not, your balance will be carried over to the next season.
Special Orders
CSA members may place special orders for larger quatities of specific items. For example, you may special order 5 lbs. of basil for pesto making or 20 lbs. of storage potatoes at the end of the season. You may use your CSA credit for these items.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your membership, if possible, we request at least 2 weeks notice for us to issue you a refund for remaining balance. Your membership can be transferred to family or friends, which is preferred over cancelation.
Vacations &
CSA Share Holds
When you go on vacation, or are knowingly unable to pick up your share, you may place a "Hold" on that week's share. We allow for unlimited share holds. You will be issued credits for any shares that you put on hold. There is a cut off date that you need to submit your hold by. All credits from shares that were put on hold, must be used at CSA pickups or the Farmers' market, by the end of the CSA season. Unused credit will not be refunded or roll over to the next CSA. Winter CSA membership has only 7 shares distributed and because of the smaller commitment, no Vacation credits are issued for the Winter CSA.
Everything about Pickups
Our pickup location is at the Corvallis Saturday Farmers' Market. The market season runs from April 19th through November 15th, 2025. Market hours are 9 AM to 1 PM. We allow our CSA membership early bird shopping starting at 8:30 AM. Come early to beat the crowds and find close parking. Please bring your recycled plastic bags and shopping bags to carry home your produce.
Payments
We accept Cash and Check payments. Due to the high cost of credit card fees, we do not accept credit card or other online payments.
We expect all payments to be made by due dates. You will be notified if you have a tardy payment or if your credit goes into the negative.
Communication
On Friday's, we will email all of our CSA members a list of our Saturday market offerings. We will also send you month Farm Reports to keep you updated with farm happenings. We will email about financial information individually. We always welcome feedback of any kind. Our contact information is listed on our website.
